Platform terms

GetFood provides the website, marketplace, order routing and management software. Each partner is responsible for its catalogue accuracy, stock, food or product quality, pricing, preparation, packaging, delivery and applicable licences. Customers should supply a reachable phone and accurate address and keep their five digit delivery code private until handover. Availability and eligibility can change before checkout. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on the platform or partner.
